I am trying to submit payment for a group booking for the conference and the dinner, however following entering details and clicking on submit payment I then get directed to a 'Cannot display this website' page.

    Hi Nicola,

I have had another problem reported in the same area just now and am looking into it urgently.

    Hi Nicola,

The issue has now been resolved and the application is working normally. The cause of this was a fault in the code that handles outbound confirmation emails post-payment. I will review the bookings you sent through and advise on what (if any) further action is required.

Following making this booking, I have returned to the site as we have still not received an invoice. However the 19 bookings that I have made are no longer there. As placing this booking for this number of people took a considerable amount of time which I have fitted in around patients, I am now feeling considerably frustrated.
Could this issue please resolved, with the order for the tickets being placed as stipulated on the attached document and invoice generated and sent to the address at the bottom of the attached document please..

    Hi,

The bookings are all within the system but I think you probably didn't progress to the final stage of the booking process (entering details requried to raise an invoice). If you could please email some information directly to ian.hill@portlanddata.co.uk (i.e. do not reply to this ticket as it will be made public) then I will enter it into eventHQ and raise the invoice.

    The information I need is:
    - Any internal purchase order reference you have; - An organisation name to which the invoice is directed (e.g. your Hospital or department) - The address for the organisation given above.

    Many thanks, Ian
